Collection description:
This collection consists of an album of photographs collected by a tourist on a visit to Southeast Alaska and Oregon, circa 1935. The collection consists of 83 black and white prints pasted onto original album pages. The photographs are primarily from commercially produced sets. The images include many scenic shots, as well as villages, towns, wildlife, Natives, totems, ships, and aerial views. Places pictured include: Juneau, Skagway, Wrangell, Sitka, Haines, Ketchikan, Chilkoot Pass, White Pass, and Taku Glacier in Alaska; White Horse, Prince Rupert, and Lake Bennett in Canada; and Wizard Island and Crater Lake in Oregon.

Arrangement: The collection is arranged in original order.

Alternative formats: A xerographic copy of the album, and 26 conservation negatives of selected prints are included in the collection.
