Collection description:
The collection consists of a writ of execution for a financial judgment in the civil case of George L. Marshall vs. A. M. Smith, decided in the Justice’s Court for Otter Precinct, Fourth Division, Territory of Alaska (Civil case #48). The document orders defendant Smith to pay plaintiff Marshall the sum of $695.83 with interest and court costs. The order is dated April 11, 1913 and lists Frederick E. Fuller as court judge, as well as C. C. Page as court clerk.  There is also a blank execution order form included in the collection.
